Returns/Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from the original date of purchase. Merchandise missing the Universal Product Code (UPC), packaging, or box contents cannot be returned without a restocking fee ($35 minimum). Products must be returned in like-new condition determined by The Digital Store. Defective merchandise will be warranted subject to manufacturer guidelines.
Devices: New devices come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. The first 30 days of that warranty are provided by The Digital Store with the remaining 11 months being fulfilled by Verizon’s warranty replacement program. Used devices are warranted for 6 months from purchase date.
Accessories: We offer a one-year warranty on defective accessories. All sales are final on headsets when the box has been opened. Defective headsets may only be exchanged for the same product.
Refunds of cash and check purchases over $60.00 will be issued by check from our corporate office within 14 business days of return.
